Elkobaili was a 19-yr-aged gentleman living with his dad and mom at Chipping Norton when he went along to the carpark that night at the request of the juvenile, Mr Pickin stated.
Elkobaili had not been in the shopping centre previously and he did not know any of the Mahmoud loved ones, he additional.

He was not liable for the loss of life of Mr Knight,　 he explained.
